**Job Summary** We are seeking a Developer with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kusto and Azure Data Explorer along with domain experience in Advent Geneva. This is a work-from-office position with day shifts and no travel requirements. The Developer will contribute to our projects by leveraging their technical and domain skills to drive impactful outcomes. **Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain data solutions using Kusto and Azure Data Explorer + Collaborate with team members to design and implement data models and queries + Optimize data retrieval and processing for performance and scalability + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion and processing + Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all solutions + Provide technical support and guidance to team members on Kusto and Azure Data Explorer + Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards + Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools + Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address their data needs + Document technical specifications and solutions for future reference + Stay updated with the latest developments in Kusto and Azure Data Explorer + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions + Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations **Qualifications** + Possess strong technical skills in Kusto and Azure Data Explorer + Have domain experience in Advent Geneva + Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment + Show strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Have a proactive and self-motivated approach to work **Certifications Required** + Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
