Demand Manager

What you do

Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term business partnerships. Act as a primary interface between the client and the IT organization, ensuring smooth coordination of change initiatives and project activations. Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial identification and business justification to authorization, estimation, and financial impact assessment. Oversee the evaluation of projects' CAPEX and OPEX impact, ensuring proper financial planning and alignment with budgetary constraints. Analyze and assess the impact of change initiatives on Profit & Loss statements, providing insights to support business decision-making. Track and manage the progress of the change portfolio, ensuring proper activation of internal actions to meet SLA: timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives. Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment, collaborating with support functions, Account managers, and IT departments.

What you bring

Proven experience in demand management, change management, or IT project management within a corporate or consulting environment. Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and align business and IT priorities. Accuracy in financial planning, CAPEX/OPEX analysis, and impact assessment on Profit & Loss statements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic approach to decision-making. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for financial analysis and PowerPoint for reporting. 5+ years of experience in a similar role within an IT or consulting company. Fluency in both Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
