WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Delivery Rollout Lead for Loyalty within the Value Stream Activate, you will be at the forefront of managing and rolling out / implementing new features and functions within Loyalty. In this global role, your contributions will have a direct and significant impact on our brand strategy.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Accountable for the efficient, successful rollout of technical capabilities to secure full benefit realization of within our products and value streams. Coordinate with our units, functions, regions and all relevant product teams to manage and coordinate roll-out in line with all operational possibilities, constraints and considerations. Engage closely with product teams to balance scope, delivery timelines and costs. Act as primary escalation point for brand end users for owned products during roll-out and operations. Support brands with establishing budgets, resources, communications, trainings and change management when deploying a new or existing feature or function. Synchronize roadmaps and goals with relevant parties to ensure operational and organizational readiness. Coordinate necessary end to end testing as well as acceptance testing across products and value streams when needed.WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

We are looking for people with:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, business administration, or a related field. Strong project management skills, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong communication, stakeholder and change management skills within an international and diverse context. Ability to get collaboration partners engaged and committed to the roll-out and change efforts. Experience within the marketing technology domain, preferably the consumer retail industry. A strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, including digital marketing, data analytics, CRM, marketing automation, and customer segmentation.And people who are:
Experienced with implementing / rolling out membership programs on a global scale. Experienced with agile development methodologies and working in cross-functional teams. Analytical and have a mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decisions.
