As a Digital Delivery Lead, you will work with our clients in the Mining and Metals industry, helping their efforts to solve challenging issues. You will gain client-facing experience - travelling to client sites, assuming leadership roles among their team, developing meaningful client deliverables and experiencing Kalypso's proud entrepreneurial and familial culture first-hand. The learning curve can be steep but the work will help you develop a broad set of skills and allow you to explore areas that are of your interest.

Your Responsibilities:

Consult with Fortune 1000 clients on main our goals related to innovation, strategy and product development

Improve client's new product development processes and deploy supportive technologies like IOT, Advanced Analytics, Industry 4.0, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Cloud and Project Portfolio Management (PPM)

Facilitate workshops and training sessions

Develop recommendations for process changes and organisational design

Design and implement disruptive digital technologies like Internet of Things, Machine Learning, and Augmented Reality to help clients improve business model development, allow new customer experiences and build new internal capabilities

Prepare sales proposals, SOWs, and project plans in a team structure

The Essentials - You Will Have:

Familiarity with Mining processes, pain points and opportunities

Previous experience in the Mining or Metals industry in process

Prior experience in delivery of digital / data projects

Familiarity across the full project lifecycle

Experience in Engineering / Product support / Solution support or a technical (pre-)Sales role will also be considered. 5 or more years of experience

Certification in a formal solution architecture methodology

Experience gathering requirements and translating them to the technical team;

Structured approach to client / internal engagement

Excellent written / verbal communications

Travel approximately 50% of the time

A bachelor's degree in (multi discipline) Engineering, Automation, Electrification or Chemical Technology
