Deburr Technician – Experienced Required

Responsibilities

Grind, file, or sand surfaces of metal items, utilizing a variety of hand tools, power tools, and machines. Examine surfaces to find defects. Remove defects and smooth uneven surfaces. Set up and operate deburring machines, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy in the deburring process Inspect machined parts for quality assurance, identifying defects, and taking corrective actions as necessary Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on deburring equipment to minimize downtimeRequired Qualifications Resume should include experience related to this job is a must! Proven experience as a Deburring Machine Operator or Deburr Technician. Experienced with grinder, accelerator, breaking down parts. Physically able to lift 30 pounds, lots of movement. Operate a forklift. Understanding of machine processes and deburring techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications of blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Alternative Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday 4:30 AM – 1:10 PM (4 days 10 hours equaling a 40 regular hour work week.
