**About the role:**
Leapfrog is a global transformation program aimed at unlocking value by creating seamless, end-to-end integration between Order-to-Cash (OTC), Trade Promotion Management (TPM), and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes.
At its core, Leapfrog is about simplifying and streamlining operations, reducing inefficiencies, and driving customer-centric solutions.
**Top 3-5 Accountabilities:**
+ Plan all data activities required within the program, to the timelines of program delivery, following PACE methodology.
+ Single point of contact and accountability to drive the LEAPROG data agenda through partnering with DA&I, Global Sales, GBO, D&T, markets and vendors.
+ Develop and implement data plan in line with Diageo’s data governance & data quality policies and processes.
+ Implement processes to address and improve trust in data.
+ Data procurement planning and/or process improvement plans to ensure data quality and standardisation at source.
+ Identify data owners within the organisation and ensure accountabilities are firmly understood and embedded in respect of LEAPFROG data delivery.
+ Ensure the data processes, methodologies, and solutions for knowledge sharing and training purposes are documented by the Central Data foundations programme.
**Qualifications and Experience Required:**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics).
+ Proven experience in a leadership role within data analytics or related field.
+ Strong proficiency in data management, analytics tools, and good grounding in programming (e.g., SQL, Python).
+ In-depth knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
+ Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP) and big data technologies.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
+ Experience in project delivery/leadership – preferably in agile project
