Data Quality Assurance Analyst

ADP is hiring a Data Quality Assurance Analyst for the CGC 2.0 Upgrade.

6-month employment contract, hybrid work in Strada Gara Herăstrău 4B, București 020334, Romania.

In this role, you will act as a Data Quality Assurance Analyst, you will perform pre-upgrade activities including quality checks to ensure clients are upgraded to CGC 2.0 with all their data complete, correct and accurate.You will support pre-upgrade tasks to ensure that when the upgrade date comes, all data quality checks are passed, and where needed, any discrepancies are corrected. This encompasses:

Client and Partner: Master data Payroll information Configuration

We are looking for people who are able to detect data misalignments and to follow defined business rules to correct these issues. For wrong or mismatching information validation, you will closely collaborate with data owners and for correction, you will work closely with other teams (IST, OTC, Client Central…).

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

You will review master data comparison reports, review discrepancies, and act upon them: in some cases, validating with data owners and getting to the bottom of the issue, and in some cases opening service requests for our internal teams to correct the misalignment in the system. You will trigger the pre-upgrade quality process, where we are simulating the upgrade and obtaining payroll data comparison reports. In case of discrepancies found, with clear rules, you will have to report discrepancies or act upon them with defined instructions. You will support the data alignment process where required, following the SOP to perform the needed activities to ensure data is fixed prior to the upgrade. You will document the outcomes once gaps are resolved, to ensure the upgrade team is aware that a client has been greenlighted from a data consistency perspective. Where deemed necessary, you can also contribute to performing quality checks during the upgrade date, following a document process and under the guidance of an upgrade lead.
