Data Entry Clerk - Payroll and HR
Location: MaltaDuration: June to AugustJob Type: Temporary, Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our Payroll and HR departments during the peak season. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and updating employee information, processing payroll data, and assisting with various HR-related tasks. You will join a fun and vibrant team that will make sure you will have a memorable summer with EF Finance. We do Finance from the Sunny Side! Key Responsibilities: Data Entry: Accurately enter employee information into HR and payroll systemsPayroll Processing: Assist in processing payroll data, including timesheetsRecord Maintenance: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all information is current and accurateCompliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulationsCommunication: Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and payroll issuesAdministrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and saving documentsRequirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalentExperience: Previous experience in data entry, payroll, or HR is preferredSkills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Excellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and time management skillsEffective communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to handle confidential information with discretionBenefits: Competitive wageOpportunity to gain experience in HR and payroll functions #LI-SA1
