Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Specialist, your goal will be to quickly resolve technical issues, assist customers efficiently, and enhance their overall experience.

Help customers set up and troubleshoot their devices.Answer inquiries via phone and email.Identify customer needs, provide product knowledge, research issues, and offer solutions.Stay updated on product expertise, including wireless network solutions, customer service best practices, and email etiquette.

Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed:
French (B2 - C1) & English (B2 - C1)

Basic knowledge of internet routers, connectivity, and troubleshootingInterest in consumer electronics and technical problem-solvingStrong communication skills and customer-oriented mindsetAbility to multitask and navigate computer systems with easeAvailability to work a flexible schedule that suits you!
