What's the Job?
Provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid Providers regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and other program inquiries. Assist with problem resolution as needed, ensuring a positive experience for all callers. Respond to phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner. Document all encounters in clear and concise online logs to maintain accurate records. Meet individual performance standards while transferring callers to other Call Center units as necessary.What's Needed?
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a high-volume Contact Center environment. Proven bilingual capabilities in Spanish, with documented testing results for auditory, verbal, and written proficiency. Ability to work any 8-hour shift from 7 am to 7 pm, with a commitment to attendance and performance metrics. Demonstrated positive work history, with at least one year in previous roles. Willingness to work on-site in Austin and adapt to future remote opportunities based on performance.What's in it for me?
