**About the role:**
+ Comprehensive Training: Enjoy 7 weeks of immersive classroom and hands-on training to equip you for success.
+ Flexible Start Date: Begin your journey on June 30th 2025 with multiple intakes to follow.
+ Competitive Compensation: Earn $27.77 per hour + Super with performance incentives up to $480 a month.
+ Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a rotating roster from Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm – no weekends!
+ Convenient Location: Work centrally in Robina, right next to Robina Town Centre, with free parking available.
+ Flexible Roles: Choose between permanent full-time or part-time roles (minimum 30 hours/week after training).

Role Responsibilities:
As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you’ll handle account enquiries with professionalism and provide a refreshing and positive experience.
**About you:**
+ Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
+ No prior call centre experience required, but customer service skills are essential!
+ Must be an Australian Citizen, at least 18 years old.
+ Goal-oriented and eager to achieve targets.
+ Proficient in using computers and systems.
+ Eager to learn and enhance existing skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
