We're looking for a passionate and experienced Customer Quality Engineer to join our friendly team in Rodange, Luxembourg. You'll play a key role in ensuring our customers are happy by addressing and resolving their quality-related concerns. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment where you can truly make a difference!
What You'll Be Doing:
Helping Customers: You'll be the go-to person for customers with quality issues, diving into the details to figure out what happened and how we can fix it. Think of yourself as a problem-solving detective!
Communicating Clearly: You'll keep our customers and our internal teams in the loop, ensuring everyone is on the same page throughout the resolution process. Building strong relationships is key!
Providing Technical Support: You'll share your technical expertise with the team, helping them manage customer claims and improve our processes. You'll also get to work with our R&D and Sales teams to ensure our products meet customer needs.
Making Things Better: You'll look for patterns in customer feedback and find ways to improve our processes, driving positive change within the company. Your voice will truly matter!
Keeping Track of Everything: You'll document your findings and keep detailed records, helping us measure our success and identify areas for improvement.
QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:
Someone with 2-4 years of experience in engineering, research, or a related field, with a Bachelor's Degree.
2/4 years of experience in a technical role within an international company.
Excellent communication skills in English (other European languages are a plus!).
A knack for problem-solving and data analysis.
Someone who's organized, self-motivated, and loves working with people.
A person with a strong customer focus.
This role is based in Rodange, Luxembourg, with about 10% travel within Europe. You'll be reporting to the Customer Quality Manager.
