Within CX, Project Managers are responsible for making outstanding things happen with our customers. You will be responsible for project leading our customer delivery projects.
Your Impact
Ideally you are a certified project manager who invests in keeping your skills up to date, and leading projects within scope and budget.
* Leads multiple large projects, perform overall project-level planning, resource management, customer engagement, communications planning and oversight project and workstreams ensuring smooth transition to Operations.
* Adherence to Cisco Global PMO Project Management Methodology and all other required Cisco processes.
* Acts as an inspiring leader for continuous improvement of all processes, methodologies and services.
* Provide vision, strategy, governance, and business objective alignment.
* Provide leadership, hold customers and the project team accountable to deliver projects timely, within budget with high quality, while achieving customer happiness.
* Identifies project staffing requirements, drives staffing across Cisco CX functions and coordinates project team members to drive delivery excellence within target cost, schedule, and quality.
* Communicates proactively and efficiently with executives and various teams to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies.
* Proactive decision making across medium to large virtual project teams.
Minimum Qualifications
* 6+ years of experience in project management environment in comparable industry.
* Experience working efficiently in a highly matrixed and multinational environment.
* Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work externally with customers and within Cisco organization to align priorities, resources, and handle concerns.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in IT/Telco centric organization within the Saudi Market.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, etc.) or similar industry standard certification highly recommended.
* Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
