Your main responsibility will be to lead and resolve high-impact quality problems – from the moment a problem is reported until it’s fully resolved. You will work closely with internal teams and communicate directly with customers to ensure issues are quickly and professionally handled. In this position, you will be based in our office in **Dubnica nad Váhom, Slovakia.** **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: + Monitor and measure reported non conformances using Power BI and customer portals. + Monitor shared mailbox where customers report nonconformance. + Process High Impact Claims using established CRM and ERP systems. + Lead High Impact issue containment and 8D efforts using core quality tools and engaging correct team from business units. + Claim Response - Compile and produce a claim response for high impact issues to customers with a claim decision via email, phone or portal. + Engage correct team to expedite replacement material. + Schedule carrier pickup for reported nonconforming material (as needed). + Claim Disposition - Claim data gathering, interpretation, and presentation for Business Unit and Quality to be used for investigation. + Assist other regions with High Impact issues as needed. + Dotted line lead regional Customer Quality team. + Perform internal Quality Audits. **Background & Skills** At Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making.
