Job Title: Customer Care Assistant with German Job Description Your Typical Day: As an Online Sport Support Consultant, your role will involve providing customer assistance via incoming calls, live chat, email, and social media channels. You'll serve as a reliable consultant to our customers, offering prompt and effective solutions to questions regarding account setup and verification, sign-in problems, financial matters, as well as general guidance on navigating the platform and resolving any technical issues. **Yes, we continue expanding!** We always aim to leverage cutting-edge technology, providing the best experience to our millions of customers who trust us for their entertainment. **Your typical day:** As a representative of the brand, you will be expected to deliver high-quality customer service mainly by inbound calls, live chat, email and social media. **It is all about communication:** The Customer Care department suggests the primary touchpoint for our customers who want to communicate with us. As a Customer Support assistant, you will be responsible for handling all communications and assisting our customers with inquiries and issues they may face. Our Customer Care team is the front line of our services and one of our greatest strengths.
