Job Description
The Security Co-Prime role requires a results-driven sales professional with deep expertise in enterprise security solutions and a strong ability to drive customer engagement. This position combines technical advisory and consultative sales, helping customers navigate security challenges across their Oracle environments, whether on-premise, hybrid, or cloud.
What you will do
Act as a trusted security advisor, guiding customers on positioning security roadmaps, identity management, cloud security, application security, data security, and managed security services. Collaborate with Oracle Sales teams to position security services across enterprise customers. Drive sales and business growth by identifying opportunities for security consulting, managed services. Good understanding of compliance with regional security regulations (e.g., UAE NESA, Saudi NCA, South African POPIA) and global security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR). Present and position security solutions, including Oracle security products, Oracle security services Work closely with Sales Teams, Customer Success Managers, Security Engineers, and Cloud Architects to orchestrate holistic security solutions Engage with C-level executives, risk officers, and compliance teams, positioning Oracle as a trusted leader in enterprise security. Coordinate joint go-to-market activities with Oracle's broader sales and consulting functions.Qualifications & Skills
At least 10 years of experience in enterprise security, security pre-sales, or IT security services sales. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, security services, cloud security, application security, identity management, and security roadmap. Experience selling security solutions across enterprise customers, preferably in finance, telecom, or government sectors. Familiarity with cloud security principles, IAM, encryption, and managed security services. Knowledge of Oracle’s security portfolio, including database security, application security, and cloud security tools. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to drive sales initiatives, build trusted customer relationships, and generate new business opportunities. Experience working with regional compliance frameworks (UAE, Saudi Arabia, South Africa) and international standards (ISO, NIST, GDPR). A proven ability to sell Cloud Services would be required, as well as the capability of networking effectively across a large enterprise organization, such as Oracle.
