Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Junior Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to support data-driven initiatives, reporting, and process improvements. The ideal candidate is methodical, programmatic in approach, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to support business decisions. Prepare clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders. Work in a structured, programmatic manner to ensure consistent delivery and follow-through on projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Applications, Technology, Consulting) to support strategic initiatives. Conduct market research, trend analysis, and benchmarking to identify opportunities. Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency through data analysis and insight generation. Manage tasks with strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.  

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a similar role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Methodical and programmatic approach to tasks and problem-solving.  

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in cross-functional teams or supporting enterprise programs. Exposure to KPIs, operational reporting, or project tracking tools.
