Job Description
The CRM and Customer Engagement Sr. Specialist at Allergan Aesthetics is tasked with developing and executing strategies to enhance customer relationships and engagement. This role involves effective management and utilization of CRM platforms such as Veeva CRM, Salesforce.com, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Key responsibilities include:
+ CRM Management: Overseeing CRM platform implementation, customization, and optimization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM data.
+ Customer Engagement Strategy: Developing multichannel engagement strategies and leveraging data analytics for targeted marketing campaigns.
+ Data Management and Integration: Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms and collaborating with global teams on data integrity.
+ Tool Expertise: Utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud for marketing automation and enhancing CRM functionality with Veeva-based applications.
+ Multichannel Communication: Managing communication channels to ensure a consistent, personalized customer experience.
+ Training and Development: Training teams on CRM tools and best practices for customer engagement.
+ Performance Metrics & Reporting: Developing KPIs and reporting mechanisms to monitor CRM effectiveness.
+ Compliance and Data Governance: Ensuring compliance with regulatory and data privacy standards and working with legal teams as necessary.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Proven track record of 7+ years in CRM management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or aesthetics industry.
+ Extensive experience with Veeva CRM, Salesforce.com, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
+ Strong understanding of multichannel management, customer engagement strategies, and data management.
+ Excellent analytical skills for interpreting complex data.
+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
+ Strong project management skills.
+ Familiarity with marketing automation tools and in-depth knowledge of Veeva-based applications.
+ Certifications in CRM and/or Salesforce are an advantage.
+ Experience in data privacy and regulatory compliance within the healthcare or a related industry.
