Based in our São Paulo office and reporting to the Marketing Coordinator.The CRM Analyst will have a pivotal role in driving our conversion rate by improving our direct communication with our database. Your main responsibilities are: Consumer Journey effectiveness: Develop, implement, and optimize email marketing and Whatsapp journeys and campaigns using Salesforce stack aligned with the different existing touchpoints.Design and execute promotional, transactional, and lifecycle email campaigns.Segment database based on customer behavior, demographics, and engagement data to deliver targeted messaging. Direct Electronic Communication Planning & Execution:Create and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant communication with our audience.Design and implement personalized campaigns that align with business objectives and customer needs.Craft compelling subject lines, copy, and calls to action (CTAs) to drive engagement and conversions.Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, events generating conversions and conversions.A/B test on subject lines, email design, copy and imagery to continuously improve results.Provide insights and recommendations for improving email marketing strategy and content based on performance data. Requirements:Detailed insider knowledge of the market2 years of direct B2C marketing experience and working for a fast-paced growth company, preferably international and in a service-oriented sector. Experience in Tourism/Educational sector is preferred.A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, hospitality industry or a related discipline.Fluency in both written and spoken Portuguese and English is mandatory.Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and possess outstanding organization skills.Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills, so as to be able to deal with a variety of stakeholders.Ability to work as part of a team as well as to drive and motivate others.Why you will love working with us:More than just a job, we offer a lifestyle.
