This position belongs to Corporate Risk and Broking Sales Division - LRM (Lead Relationship Manager). This LRM team is a special force in the Corporate Risk and Broking Sales team. It mainly serves the strategic clients of the company. This position possess huge development of career. The Role
This role should contribute to the development and implementation of the sales strategy. As the account owner, represents the company in all sales-oriented activities. Maintain good communication with customers and deep dive into business opportunities; Assist department heads in expanding the company’s customer base. Communicate and present capabilities to the customer. Develops customer specific action plans and completes them on a timely basis. Participate in and provide input to marketing and business strategic reviews and annual marketing plans Through the relevant sales and marketing networks and leads, ensure the obtaining of knowledge and understanding of market business trends, customers' expectations, and current competitive position Contribute to major account multilevel relationship management and actively manage internal relationships
The Requirements
College degree or above, preferably majoring in Insurance, Law, Finance, International Trade, Economics or Risk Management. Proven years of relevant insurance sales working experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English. The ability to work independently with reliable performance. A robust team player with mature customer servicing skills. A quick learner to understand client needs and market trend.
