Job Description

In this role, you will recruit talent, streamline onboarding and training for clinical research professionals, and maintain relevant electronic systems You will work closely with colleagues and counterparts from other offices worldwide and become part of the global Training & Resourcing team in a fast-growing international company.

This is a hybrid position based in Sofia, Bulgaria

TRAINING & COMPLIANCE

Organize and conduct induction training of local/regional staffTrack training complianceLiaise with external parties for organizing trainingMaintain company staff CVs and training files, LMS, HR Database and associated applications

RECRUITMENT

Post job advertisements, actively source candidatesOrganize and conduct initial interviews and testing of job candidates for the office/regionEstablish relationships with hiring managers to understand their business and recruitment needsMaintain an applicant tracking system

QualificationsCollege or University degreeA minimum of 2 years of related experience in recruitment/talent acquisition or HR in an international companyPrior experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare or CRO industry is a plusFull working proficiency in English and BulgarianFriendly, approachable and able to build relationships at all levelsAbility to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team environmentProficiency in standard MS Office applications
