POSITION SUMMARY:
Coordinate activities related to the implementation of solutions in customer implementation projects within scope, time and established service levels.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Control the execution of the steps of the projects, aiming at the cost of care, time, quality and customer satisfaction. Perform the interface between customers, suppliers and project team. Conduct negotiations on the deployment requirements of the company and its customers. Acting in the management of costs incurred in the implementation. Coordinate the team of professionals in the execution of transfer operations / data conversion, needs assessment, module configuration, training, solution validation and monitoring during the stabilization period. Analyze satisfaction surveys conducted at the end of project implementation and develop actions for possible error correction. Perform quality audits during the execution of the projects, according to current methodology. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Education: College graduates in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology or related fields. Minimum experience in the area: five years. Specific knowledge: systems implementation project management, financial management of projects and HR processes, conflict management, leadership, payroll and English fluently.
