Job Summary:
**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a Senior Conversation Designer to design and optimize conversational experiences for AI assistants and chatbots. You’ll play a key role in creating seamless user interactions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to innovative conversational solutions across diverse platforms.
**Qualifications:**
1. 3–5 years of experience in designing chatbot and virtual assistant solutions.
2. Bachelor’s or master’s degree. (Good to have the degrees in Linguistics, Script writing, Communications, Human-Computer interaction, UX Design, or any related field).
3. Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
4. Experience with user research, prototyping, and conversation flow design.
5. Interest in emerging technologies like AI, ML and NLP to improve conversational experiences.
**Technical Expertise:**
1. Proficiency in designing conversational flows using platforms such as Kore.AI, Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, Rasa, Voiceflow etc...
2. Experience with NLP tools to improve intent recognition and user satisfaction (Good to have, not mandatory).
3. Ability to analyze conversation data and optimize flows based on insights (Good to have, not mandatory).
4. Familiarity with AI/ML applications for enhancing chatbot efficiency (Good to have, not mandatory).
**Skills Required:**
1. Conversation and Chatbot Design expertise.
2. Strong Interaction Design and User-Centric Design skills.
3. Excellent English language proficiency with a focus on clarity and engagement.
4. Problem-solving mindset with a user-first approach.
5. Data analysis skills to interpret chatbot performance metrics.
6. Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
**Job Description:**
1. Design and prototype conversational flows for AI assistants and chatbot solutions.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and UX designers to ensure alignment with business goals.
3. Analyze chatbot performance metrics to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
4. Optimize dialogue flows for intent accuracy, reduced drop-offs, and better escalation workflows.
5. Assist in user testing and feedback analysis to enhance conversational designs.
6. Support localization efforts for multi-language chatbot deployments.
7. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in conversation design.
8. Document design decisions and create reusable templates for scalability.
