We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Conversational AI (Druid) Business Analyst to join our Data & AI Team. 

 

Your key responsibilities

 

Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and define simple technical/functional requirements to be transposed into scripts Create and maintain documentation related to conversational flows, platform requirements, design, and user guides Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and solution architects, to deliver chatbot solutions Designs low complexity conversational flows (e.g. QA flows) within chatbot platform Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users Actively participate in client meetings to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions Conduct project SCRUM ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective) and maintain the status of the project

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant working experience in Conversation design. Good English communication skills in appropriate business language Ability to analyze and understand business problems and express them in UML or other flow modeling systems

 

Nice to have

 

Certified in UiPath (or any other relevant automation technology) with a minimum of 1 year of practical experience French and/or German language skills
