**Overview**
**About the role....**
As a member of the Publicis One Accor Global Account team, your role will be to support the day-to-day delivery of Bernache, the comms platform that is currently being developed, with the aim to drive collaboration and working best practice for both the Publicis One Accor Team & Accor.
This role serves as the key liaison between Accor, Marcel, and Publicis teams for all things related to content creation, strategy, and publishing in Bernache. This will include leading content brainstorms, creative strategy, co-managing content calendars, client asks/needs, sourcing and curating content from all teams, working with creative teams through production, and proactively seeking out new content streams.
The Bernache Content Manager will work closely with the Marcel and Publicis Accor team to ensure consistency in message from the Publicis One Accor Team.
The role will be fast paced and will require excellent project management skills, along with the ability to effectively manage international relationships, both with clients and partner agencies. You will be required to demonstrate strong leadership, project management, and communication skills and be able to engage with multiple senior stakeholders to drive delivery of projects in a collaborative manner, whilst also driving business revenue and innovation, with an ever-increasing pipeline of projects.
You will be supporting the Global Client Lead in driving the build, development and content creation of the Bernache platform.
**Responsibilities**
**About the work.....**
Content Strategy
+ Partner with client team (Accor) to create a strong content strategy for Bernache
+ Create a steady and ongoing stream of constant content creation and publishing on Bernache according to the content strategy
+ Evaluate and recommend ways to optimize content to polish quality and increase engagement
+ If needed, create an Editorial Advisory Board to facilitate ideation and establish content calendars, production timelines, and enable members to continually source and create content
+ Elevate content by working with client team and internal Publicis teams to reimagine things like training materials and repackage existing content to be bite-sized, snackable, and on-brand for Bernache
+ Stay connected with the Marcel team for to stay abreast of new features and platform evolutions on the roadmap
Project Management
+ Efficient time management and prioritisation of multiple projects relating to Bernache
+ Collaboration with internal & external stakeholders
+ Deploy and liaise with regional hubs in the delivery of projects
+ Create opportunities for regional hub governance connections and hub plan updates
Teamwork
+ Keeping a positive attitude even when under pressure
+ Fosters relationships within the team & encourages 360 collaborations
+ Develops junior members of the team
+ Help to drive integration with One Accor practice counterparts
Key Expectations
+ Lead regular content brainstorms and planning meetings with the client team (Accor).
+ Develop and propose content opportunities according to the established strategy and cultural milestones happening at Accor
+ Collaborate with Marcel’s content publisher to get content uploaded through AEM
+ Manage production timelines and creative deliverables
+ Lead communication with clients to share progress, manage content calendars, and gain necessary approvals
Onboarding Areas of Focus
+ Ways of working – establish a sustainable workflow between all Accor and Publicis teams for continual content creation
+ Seek out greater education and understanding of the fuller scope of work for Accor to understand vision, purpose, pillars, roadmap, capabilities, key milestones, and potential content opportunities
+ Marcel platform – know the Marcel platform inside and out to fully grasp its capabilities and potential, and understand our roadmap for Bernache feature evolution

+ Prior Project Management/Content Management experience
+ Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders
+ Proven record ability to deliver against strict schedules

+ Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
