Job DescriptionWHAT YOU’LL DO
As Content Coordinator, you will secure proofreading of copy in external communications in local markets. You will be responsible for publishing relevant global and local content on the local social channels and manage the channels in crisis situations. You will work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work together with Customer Activation & Marketing team ensuring the best customer experience.
You will:
Proofread all external copies, while making necessary adjustments to secure a relevant message for customers in the local markets. Be fully immersed in the local daily customer communications plan and stay informed in detail about the latest global channel strategies, brand identity, tone of voice, playbooks, formats, and templates. Proofread all SEO related copy ensuring that the right keywords are used in the local language. Be fully immersed in the local daily social publishing plan to understand all global and local content that should be posted on local social pages (Facebook); publish global and local content on local social pages (Facebook). Set follow up KPIs and goals for organic social content; conduct analysis on how the organic social content performs and suggest recommendations or changes to organic content. Point of contact for Customer Service and PR in case of negative customer engagement in social media and crisis handling.WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As a Content Coordinator, you will be a key member of the Content Team for SMGR & SMTR. You will have close collaboration with various Customer Activation and Marketing teams and the agency on a daily basis. Through this teamwork, you will contribute to added customer value, strengthen brand presence, and drive sales growth.

Copy degree/relevant qualifications or Marketing degree or at least 2 years of experience in copy and social content roles. Experience as a Copywriter/proof-reader in fashion retail or creative agency. Experience in managing Social Media accounts & handling/creating fashion copies digital channels. Fluent knowledge of English and Croatian (written and spoken). Knowledge of Albanian language would be an asset but not mandatory. Proficiency in translating, proofreading and editing from English to Croatian and wise versa. Good understanding of marketing content and digital channels. This is a full-time and permanent position, based in Zagreb, Croatia. The Content Coordinator for Croatia, Albania & Kosovo reports to the Content Coordinator & Copywriter Manager for SMGR & SMTR.
