WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the Content Coordinator & Copywriter Manager, you will work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work. You will lead the Content Coordinator & Copywriter Team to enable them strengthening our customer offer on all our local markets. You will be part of Region East Europe team and responsible for 8 markets – Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, and Ukraine.
You will:
Be fully immersed in the local daily customer communications plan and stay informed in detail about the latest global channel strategies, brand identity, tone of voice, playbooks, formats, and templates.Drive the local content and tone of voice strategy, monitor and stay informed of local regulatory guidelines pertaining to content presentation.Brief & coordinate with team to elevate brand’s tone of voice in all customer touchpoints and stay informed about all brand’s guidelines.Stay up-to-date with content marketing trends, tools, and technologies, as well as collaborating closely with sales teams, marketing departments, and regional stakeholders.Secure local assets production for organic social media in line with current commercial plan.Drive the local needs related to organic social content reporting and share results and insights with relevant stakeholders on a weekly, monthly and quarterly level. Lead, manage and organize the team of Content coordinators and Copywriters in accordance with H&M values, standards, policies, and procedures.WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As a key member of our Content Operations Team, you will report to the Content Operations Manager and collaborate with Content Production Leads, Content Editors, the Communication Specialists & Press Officers Manager, as well as colleagues from Customer Activation, Marketing, and the HR department. You will also coordinate with stakeholders across these teams to ensure smooth and effective content operations.
In this role, you will lead and manage a team of Content Coordinators and Copywriters in SM-PL (Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, and Ukraine), driving the creation of high-quality, engaging content. You will also act as a central point of contact for internal partners, aligning content strategies with broader activation and marketing initiatives to support business goals across the region.

At least 3 years of working experience in content marketing roles as a part of agency or in house in as a Team Leader.Experience in managing Social Media accounts & handling/creating fashion copies for paid, owned, retail & digital channels.Visual eye for composing content stories and assets according to tone of voice, brand guidelines and templates.Good analytical ability and insights driven.Strong communication with ability to coordinate many stakeholders and teams.Fluent written and spoken English language.And people who are…

This is a full-time position with local contract, based in Warsaw, Poland. The Content coordinator & Copywriter Manager is part of Customer Activation & Marketing Department and reports to Content Operation Manager.
