We are actively seeking for the Madrid office an Intern (trainee) for its Construction Team specializing in construction management and disputes.  The duration of the position would be 3 months, extendable for another 3 months on a part-time basis.

Job Responsibilities

Work closely with our Directors on a variety of assignments in Spain and internationally.Use technical skills to investigate variation orders, delay events and other financial misrepresentation.Assist with compiling, analyzing, and documenting information in a claim, dispute, or technical related matter.Assist in the preparation of construction schedules and budgets.Assist with drafting reports and other client deliverables.Assist with researching technical and industry specific issues. Develop and suggest solutions to complex problems by thinking “outside the box”.Balance multiple client projects and other responsibilities.Development of standard documents to support future proposal development and presentations.Communicate effectively to all levels of engagement management

Requisitos

Required Qualifications:
•  Pursuing a degree in civil or industrial engineering.
•  Fluent in Spanish and English, other languages are an advantage.
•  Advanced use of Excel, Word and Power Point.
