ADP is hiring a Compliance Data Analyst
ADP has adopted a set of privacy principles that serve as the foundation for our global privacy program, which is designed (i) to assist our Clients in meeting their privacy obligations wherever they do business and (ii) to ensure the personal data of our clients and their employees are safely handled by ADP and its third-party payroll providers and other vendors.
In this context, ADP has dedicated Compliance and Legal teams to oversee and support ADP business to comply with all aspects of data privacy laws and regulations that apply to its business operations.
In this role, you will be part of the Compliance team and will assist ADP with continuously complying with its privacy program and specifically, with its Records Information Management (RIM) Policy. More specifically, you will provide data analytics support with identifying risks and gaps in the retention and disposal of our client’s employees data by monitoring and reporting on the organization's data retention performance, under the supervision of the Compliance Director.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
What you can expect on a typical day:
1 – ADP’s end-to-end data disposal process is handled via a complex ticketing system, involving various data disposal scenarios, process steps and stakeholders. In this context:
You will identify and track accuracy issues with the tickets related to data retention queries, and you will recommend solutions. You will monitor the ticket queue relating to data retention and data disposal requests and track the progress. You will collaborate with the relevant support team to ensure timely and accurate ticket resolution. You will report regularly to management on ticket volume, response times, ticket status and more. You will recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for quicker resolutions of the tickets. You will maintain accurate records and documentation associated with data retention compliance. You will create periodic data retention statistics for relevant stakeholders & executive board You will support with regular data audits to ensure the organization is compliant with its data retention policy.2- You will be supporting with compliance assessment activities on our third-party payroll providers to ensure they meet regulatory privacy requirements as well as ADP’s RIM program. More specifically:
You will support with the review of our third-party payroll providers’ annual data retention audit and their subsequent remediations until full completion. You will perform annual re-certification activities on our third-party payroll providers to ensure their continuous compliance with ADP’s RIM program and will help delivering and tracking annual data retention training for our third-party payroll providers. You will assist on an ad hoc basis on other compliance related data analytic tasks that may arise within the business as necessary.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
You have a bachelor's degree in data analytics or related fields; and/or, between 1-2 years of proven experience as a compliance-oriented data analyst. You have good technical and IT infrastructure understanding and are familiar with data governance, data quality, and data management principles. You have a proficient knowledge of MS Office (especially in Excel), as you will need to use these tools on a daily basis to ensure that you can handle all the above. You are fluent in English (oral and written).
In addition:
You have analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex information and identify potential compliance risks. We need someone able to understand problems, identify cause-and-effect relationships and potential solutions. You have a strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data analysi. We are looking for someone who is able to notice patterns, catch errors, inconsistencies and discrepancies that others may overlook. You have strong administrative and organizational skills. The role requires performance of various administrative compliance-related tasks such as safekeeping important documents, organizing files, managing databases, tracking activities and report generation. We therefore need someone who: Has a methodical approach, ensuring that no task is left incomplete, or instructions misunderstood. Has effective organization and time management skills. Has the flexibility to manage a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities. You have experience in working in an multinational environment involving multiple stakeholders#LI-FD1
