The Risk & Compliance Analyst will perform sanction screening, anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, corruption due diligence processes as part of the third-party risk management program. This role supports and maintains procedures and controls to mitigate compliance risk. Key areas of actions of team members include; risk management, communications, audits, training, process capability/process improvement, and compliance general support.

+ Screen to mitigate risk associated with financial crimes, corruption, bribery, and money laundering (AML+ABC)
+ Identify potential risk, document finding accurately and properly escalate cases as necessary
+ Perform data quality validations and databases reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
+ Support Risk & Compliance to ensure that all issues identified are properly documented, discussed, and escalated as per global procedures and policies.
+ Perform Data Cleansing for assigned LATAM/NA countries.
+ Coordinate with master data teams when necessary to obtain additional information.
+ Assist in creating metrics for AML suppliers, risk, and mitigation
+ Update the excel data bases with the metrics / KPIs for tracking purposes.
+ Collaborate to update regional policies, procedures and work instructions to reflect current processes for AML and countries identified as high risk
+ Assist in support of acquisitions to review potential companies for risk.
+ Maintain all records related to their responsibilities according to the requirements of the current regulation and enterprise retention schedule
+ Provide value to stakeholders and the team by imparting experience and perspective on how the screening process can be improved.
+ Perform Sanction screening and risk assessment for new and existing suppliers
+ Support daily process for vendor creation and changes for high risk countries.
