The Complex Marketing Specialist works with the Complex Senior Marketing Manager to support the implementation of the marketing plan and run marketing campaigns to increase hotel brand awareness and support the business development strategy. Must be able to travel to the complex properties in the GTA.

\n\nSupport the development, execution, management, and analysis of marketing campaigns for the complex 3 properties across the GTA\nWork closely across departments to drive marketing initiatives that raise awareness of all hotel programs and initiatives that meet marketing and business goals\nDevelop engaging photo and video content for use across digital platforms, campaigns, and brand channels \nManage content production from concept to execution, including photography, videography, and editing \nOversee social media accounts, including planning, posting, engaging with our audience, and reporting on performance\nAssist in writing and editing copy for emails, websites, social posts, and other brand assets \nTrack key performance metrics to help optimize content and social strategies \nStay on top of marketing and industry trends, converting observations and data into insights to contribute to the hotel’s overall marketing strategies\nReport monthly performance analytics\nWhat are we looking for?
\nThe Complex Marketing Specialist serving Hilton brands are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
\n\nA degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related discipline is preferred\nA minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, content creation, lifestyle/ hospitality or agency experience \nStrong photography and video skills, including editing and post-production\nDemonstrated proficiency managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) \nSolid understanding of marketing fundamentals and branding \nA portfolio showcasing your visual content and/or social campaigns\nExceptional organizational and time management skills\nKnowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills \n\nIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
\n\nExperience in hospitality, retail, or lifestyle brands\nFamiliarity with scheduling tools like Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite\nBasic knowledge of email marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Meta Ads, Google Analytics\n\n\nWhat will it be like to work for Hilton?
