You'll provide installation, repairs, and routine servicing of remedial service packers, completion tools, and rental equipment. Help drive business growth through sales of Weatherford products and services. Under guidance, you'll offer technical support and apply theoretical knowledge to practical engineering design challenges. **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday **Key Responsibilities** + Perform field installation services for downhole packers and service tools. + Accurately calculate industry-specific measurements such as volumes, pressures, and forces. + Demonstrate a solid understanding of key field operations, including completions, remedial workovers, cementing, and fracturing. + Operate effectively on both pulling units and drilling rigs. + Carry out field maintenance and repairs on company-owned rental equipment as required. + Complete detailed and accurate job reports promptly after each assignment. + Support warehouse operations and assist with equipment deliveries when necessary. + Remain available on a 24-hour call basis to meet client requirements. + Comply with Weatherford’s Quality Policy and all related procedures, technical standards, and workplace instructions. + Adhere strictly to all Weatherford safety protocols and company policies. + Execute all assignments with a focus on delivering the highest standards of service quality. + Perform additional tasks and duties as directed by the supervisor, within the physical demands of the position. **Our benefits include:** + Local Medical insurance for an employee + Life and disability insurance while at workplace **What we need to see from you** + Minimum of 1 year of field experience in oilfield or related operations + High School Diploma or equivalent; a two-year college degree is preferred + Basic knowledge of industry products and services + Mechanical aptitude to carry out equipment maintenance and repairs + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team + Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility + Completed military service (certificate of service should be available)
