The Customer Engagement Coordinator for Completion is responsible for acting as the customer point-of-contact for Product Line operations, providing superior levels of support throughout the service delivery process, driving contract revenue, profitability and receivable management. The Customer Engagement Coordinator establishes and maintains a professional relationship with the customer, and maximizes knowledge of the customer to enhance value of contract for both SLB and the Customer. They ensure the services delivered to the customer comply with contractual agreements and meet customer objectives and performance metrics. This person drives the adoption of effective technological solutions to the customer needs and challenges The Customer Engagement Coordinator coordinates the communication channels and activities between the customer and service delivery team, and is responsible for the COSD (i.e. resource consumption.)

+ Analyze Job Requirements
+ Identify and Capture Opportunities (Leads)
+ Analyze the Commercial Performance of the Contract with the Client
+ Main technical point of contact at the local level
+ Responsible for providing technical responses to bids at the local level, ensuring compliance with client requirements
+ Support the Operations Manager in the Marketing and Sales Plan at the local level
+ Develop Activity Unit Forecast with Consensus
+ Develop Asset Demand Forecast with Consensus
+ Develop Workforce Demand Forecast with Consensus
+ Develop Product Demand Forecast with Consensus
+ Obtain Client Acceptance of Delivery
+ Evaluate Opportunities for Improving People Productivity
+ Propose Team Sizing Model
+ Identify Service Category and Team Sizing Model
+ Conduct Service Delivery Closure
+ Create Direct Sales Order
+ Collect Intelligence on Market Activities
+ Collect Intelligence on Business Units
+ Collect Intelligence on Competitors and Market Share
+ Collect Intelligence on Market Size
+ Capture Work Request from Client
+ Compile and Propose the Work
+ Prepare Cost Estimate for the Client
**Minimum requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Production Engineering or related
+ Experience in Intelligent Completion, Advanced Completion
+ Technicians with proven experience in the role
+ Experience in customer service to attend technical specifications for well design of completion operations
+ English and Portuguese advanced or Fluent
+ Valid documentation to work in Brazil
