Job role

 

We are looking for a Community Management Expert who will monitor and engage across various digital platforms, create compelling content, and handle customer interactions to enhance brand presence and reputation. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in community management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Additionally, the role requires proficiency in social media tools, content management systems, and customer relationship management tools, with a high degree of empathy and professionalism.

 

What will you do

 

•    Conduct comprehensive monitoring across external digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
•    Track mentions, analyse sentiment, and identify trends.
•    Deliver actionable insights in order to be able to respond swiftly, optimize strategies, and safeguard Allianz Brand and reputation.
•    Create meaningful interactions amplify brand presence across social platforms.
•    Create compelling content according to the customer playbook, initiate conversations, and recognize community contributions, boosting customer satisfaction, brand reputation, and relationships with stakeholders. 
•    Implement prompt response strategies, resolution tracking, and personalized communication.
•    Handle customer complaints that arrive via social media platforms in accordance to internal processes. By addressing concerns efficiently (and, if needed, forwarding them to the OE experts), you help enhance customer satisfaction, protect brand reputation, and foster positive relationships with your customers.
•    Conduct basic reporting activities 
•    Document the activity and create Standard Operating Procedures for community management activities. 
•    Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, to continuously improve community management processes and procedures

 

What you bring

 


•    Bachelor’s degree.
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience with community management.
•    Strong grasp of online community platforms, social media tools, and analytics is essential. 
•    Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is necessary. 
•    Good command of English
•    Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.

•      Creativity and strategic thinking to develop and implement innovative community engagement strategies. 
•    Competence in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and project management is expected. 
•    A high degree of empathy, patience, and professionalism. 
•    Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
