Our client is seeking a Cold Forming Quality Engineer to join their team. As a Cold Forming Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing quality control processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department. The ideal candidate will have ability to work independently & as part of cross-functional teams, able to work under minimal supervision and exhibit a high attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Cold Forming Quality Engineer
Location: Fraser, MI
Pay Rate: Pay is between $60,000-$80,000 (Will be dependent on experience level)

Key Responsibilities

Lead root cause analysis efforts for quality defects and implement corrective and preventive actions Conduct regular quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations to ensure that our processes are following relevant standardsRequirements Prior experience in a similar role in the Cold Forming Industry Familiarity with compliance standards specific to the Manufacture of Cold Formed Fasteners Experience with quality management systems like ISO 9001
