**Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kofax Capture and Kofax Transformation with a preference for those with experience in Data Governance. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The position operates during day shifts. **Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain applications using Kofax Capture and Kofax Transformation to ensure efficient data processing. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new projects and enhancements. + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Kofax-related issues to ensure minimal downtime. + Implement best practices for data capture and transformation to optimize system performance. + Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain high availability and reliability. + Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions and processes. + Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards. + Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. + Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures to protect sensitive information. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge. + Assist in the development of training materials and provide training to end-users as needed. + Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior developers. + Support the companys mission by delivering high-quality solutions that enhance operational efficiency. **Qualifications** + Possess strong technical skills in Kofax Capture and Kofax Transformation. + Have experience in data governance which is a nice to have skill. + Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. + Show proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation. + Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. + Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. + Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions within deadlines.
