**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 3 to 10 years of experience in Lucidworks Fusion AWS Spring Boot Java and Apache Solr. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. Experience in Bioinformatics is a plus. This role does not require travel. **Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain applications using Lucidworks Fusion AWS Spring Boot Java and Apache Solr. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions. + Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. + Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. + Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the applications are current. + Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirement gathering design development testing and deployment. + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. + Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. + Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality. + Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and scalability. + Document application designs processes and procedures for future reference. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. **Qualifications** + Must have extensive experience with Lucidworks Fusion AWS Spring Boot Java and Apache Solr. + Should have a strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. + Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. + Should have experience with version control systems like Git. + Nice to have experience in the Bioinformatics domain. + Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
