Our client, a leading manufacturer in the solar energy sector, is seeking a CNC Technician to join their team. As a CNC Technician, you will be part of the machine shop supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Technician

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Pay Range: $27.50 per hour

What's the Job?

Assist in completing Machine Shop Requests in CAD, 3D Printing, CNC Mill, and Lathing. Effectively run a machine shop independently with minimum supervision. Fully CAD 3D models from start to finish and operate CNC machines. Interface with various departments to design and fabricate new equipment and tools. Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot electromechanical manufacturing equipment.

What's Needed?

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or Auto CAD related software. Ability to analyze blueprints and ensure the final product matches the draft. Strong problem-solving skills to detect issues in the creation process. Knowledge of programming CNC mills and lathes. At least two years of machine shop experience required.
