NESC Operations is a 24 by 7 team supporting cloud infrastructure and cloud users, our scope includes: Remote hardware fix, reinstallation, and troubleshooting; support cloud users by solving the reported issues or provide instructions about cloud usage; infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting and problem solving.
Position: Internship
Duration: 6 months
Start Date (tentative): July, 2025
Location: Hybrid in Amadora, Portugal
Education Recommendations: Currently a candidate finishing their BSc or MSc degree in Informatics Engineering, or a related field with an accredited school

The daily work includes taking care of a large scale cloud environment (5000+ servers) end to end, system maintenance, Nokia Kubernetes support and maintenance, development of new tooling as well as advanced error management together with a highly committed and skilled team.
