Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communications Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience; OR a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communications Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 3 years of work experience with the following:
Cloud Signaling Director and cloud platforms; Diameter Routing Agent; Red Hat Openstack, CloudBand Infrastructure Services (CBIS), and CloudBand Application Management (CBAM); Software delivery in Telecom domain; IP integration and trouble-shooting.Employer will accept any suitable combination of experience of education, training or experience.

Perform system integration and validation for Diameter Routing Agent - DRA products/platforms, including Diameter, Radius, SNMP and interfaces. Create architecture, design, implementation plan for complex projects and technical infrastructure documents. Review business use cases/requirements with Customer for CSD. Design and develop the routing rules sets for Cloud Signaling Director. Validate Rules in a Lab environment, develop and test MOPs, system testing and debug with RHEL, gather traces, and logs. Assist with CSD Software deployment in Virtualized or Openstack /Cloud environment. Provide measurable input into new products, processes, standards or operational plans in support of business strategies.
