Clinical Support Specialist

As a **Clinical Support Specialist** at **Stryker** , you will play a key role in supporting our **Trauma** products and delivering best-in-class clinical support during procedures. You will work closely with clinical customers to ensure exceptional service and procedural excellence. In this role, you will also collaborate with the local sales team to coordinate trainings, events, and day-to-day business support.
**What you will do:**
+ Service and support existing and new customers within theatre and clinical environments.
+ Conduct product trials and evaluations in both theatre and clinical settings as needed.
+ Plan, execute, and monitor initiatives to deliver industry-leading customer support.
+ Provide hands-on service and care for physicians, surgical theatre staff, hospital administration, and sterilization departments.
+ Deliver product training for theatre and healthcare professional (HCP) staff, including organizing and facilitating workshops and training events for a broad customer base.
+ Clearly communicate key features, benefits, and clinical applications of Stryker products.
+ Observe and identify customer needs, collaborating with the sales team to introduce additional or new Stryker products and solutions.
+ Maintain a structured business plan with defined daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
+ Develop a strong understanding of the local healthcare environment and align efforts with the regional strategy.
**What you need:**
+ Diploma in a related field.
+ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in medical device sales or clinical support within a clinical or operating room setting.
+ Experience in Endoscopy is highly desirable.
+ Knowledge of the medical device or healthcare environment.
+ Proficiency in spoken and written English.
+ Valid driver’s license.
