Job Description

Salary: Competitive

Contract: Full-time, Permanent  

Hours: 37.5 per week

Job Purpose

To provide administrative support and customer facing support to the DNA laboratory. The role requires regular liaison with external and internal customers, call handling, providing reports and dealing with sample enquiries, in addition to data entry onto CLIMS. A Client Services Administrator is required to work flexibly to ensure that all contractual TRT’s are delivered for internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Provide support to all area’s of the DNA CentreTimely and accurate data entryLiaise with internal and external customers to ensure queries are dealt with in a timely professional manorSend daily, weekly and monthly reports to customers, as detailed in operation protocolsBuild and maintain excellent relationships with customers, having awareness of their different traits and organisational culturesAdhere Customer Operational Protocols and ensure any changes are communicated to DNA Team LeadCollaborate with Team Lead and Operations manager to respond to changing customer requirements and work in partnership with EFS Account ManagersRunning of invoices and responding to invoice queries from the customerEffectively communicate customer requests and priorities, such as urgent samples, to laboratory staff. Add urgent product codes to the system for invoicing.Manage release of results to external customersFiling, archiving and retrieval of continuity paperwork, casefiles and sample cardsPackage returns and transfers to meet courier timetableAction sample / exhibit detructions as requiredTake responsibility for the Health and Safety of yourself and your colleaguesAdhere to EFS Policies and Processes as detailed in the Employee HandbookUndertake your daily role in accordance with the Eurofins values of customer focus, competence and team spirit.
