Client Project Manager

Position overview

We are looking for a Client Project Manager who will define the value proposition, work plan and resource needs. You will be responsible for timelines and budgets for client products or service delivery projects. Your role will cover multiple project initiatives to enhance services and the level of customer support. Responsibilities include planning, direction, prioritization, change management and delivery of projects in a manner aligned with client expectations and business needs. Client Project Manager will cover retail segment.

Key responsibilities:

Apply critical thinking to perform project management duties, including requirements gathering, initial scoping and planning, chartering, cost estimation and budgeting, scheduling, risk management and change control, preparation of communications and presentations Understand how projects and department relate to and impact others and communicates clearly when issues arise Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the team / project outcome Establish and maintain effective relationships with relevant internal / external stakeholders Prepare revenue forecasts Propose improvements for processes and simplifications of administration Travelling might be required once a month and participation in the office is required 2/ 3 times a week

 

Required qualification:

Previous experience with customer-facing role Great understanding of managing clients from services, administration and project perspective Ability to prepare revenue forecasts Hungarian language on native level English language on business level (at least B2) Ability to clearly communicate, negotiate and build strong relations

 

Plus is:

Experience with SAP Experience with EBS
