**Responsibilities**
+ **Tech Innovator:** Master our affiliate technology suite, blending your skills to provide top-tier support and guidance to our internal account teams.
+ **Collaborative Partner:** Work alongside teams in Client Strategy, Media Planning, Finance, Client Integration, and Client Development to streamline operations and drive process efficiencies.
+ **Campaign Support Specialist:** Offer essential support in affiliate marketing campaigns, managing everything from asset management to communication and performance tracking.
+ **Report Creator:** Prepare and manage reports to support campaign execution and track performance, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
+ **Solutions Advocate:** Foster and maintain strong inter-departmental relationships. Provide troubleshooting support and share best practices for program and technology management.
+ **Documentation Contributor:** Help in creating and updating client support documentation to enhance team resources and client experience.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in operations or a related field, particularly in client interaction and service delivery.
+ Excellent customer service skills, ideally with 1.5-2.5 years of experience in a client-facing role.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, JIRA) a plus.
+ Aptitude for learning technical concepts, such as basic HTML knowledge
+ High capacity for problem-solving with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
+ Eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly.
