We are seeking a talented individual to join our Construction team at Marsh. This role will be based in Norwich. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This team provides support to existing London and Norwich based colleagues in servicing complex major multi-national risks with a focus on International Construction. Marsh's globally integrated team of more 1,200 construction industry specialists helps clients deliver construction projects in all regions of the world.
This particular role will involve supporting an Australian and New Zealand book of business, within an experienced and supportive team.
Please note, whilst advantaegous, previous insurance experience for this role is not essential, as full training will be provided.
We will count on you to:
Provide support to Client Executives and Brokers, facilitate placement of policies and deliver excellent client service for International Construction risksPrepare Quotes, Market Reform Contracts and Endorsements (MRCs and MRCEs) and adapt these based on information received from our clients and input from the Client Executive/Broking teamsLiaise and coordinate with Brokers and colleagues within Construction and across the wider organisationDemonstrate knowledge of process steps, procedures and standards throughout the new business and renewal process of the Broking Placement cycleSupport brokers when working with clients and colleagues across the globeReview and respond to queries emanating from internal colleagues, markets and clientsWhat you need to have:
