**Overview**
For our Client Development team based in Stockholm, we are now looking for someone who can work strategically & commercially with a client portfolio comprising of Nordic & Global brands. As a Client Development Associate, you’ll work closely with the Client Development team to manage and strategically grow client accounts, as well as support publisher relationships. You will analyze client needs, develop growth strategies and maintain strong relationships with publishers, monitor project success, and continuously improve collaboration. Your data analysis skills will help deliver targeted recommendations for account development.
**Responsibilities**
Managing a diverse portfolio of brands and helping them grow through affiliate marketing
Building and strengthening client relationships, through regular meetings and giving strategic advice
Connecting the right publishers and partners for your clients and managing these relationships
Regular monitoring and reporting of program and campaign performance to clients
Performance tracking and analysis: monitoring key KPIs, analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities, and supporting new business development
**Qualifications**
+ Understanding of fundamentals of Digital channels, tracking online consumer behavior and digital technology. Experience in working with CRM systems, e-commerce platforms or other Marketing/e-commerce tools is considered a plus
+ Strong customer orientation and communication skills
+ Excellent command of English; Swedish is meritorious but not a requirement
+ Analytical thinking, used to analyzing and working with data
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
+ Education in either e-commerce, marketing, business or a related field
+ A team player that is used to taking responsibility for their own tasks
+ Curious mindset and interested in learning more about performance marketing and marketing related tools
