Claims Team Manager

What the day will look like + Service Delivery: Organize and supervise claims operations to meet SLAs and critical metrics, allocate tasks efficiently, and support team members in resolving issues. + Change & Transition Management: Track and improve team performance, coordinate projects to enhance service delivery, and manage transitions smoothly. + People Management: Delegate tasks, set goals, manage performance, plan development and succession, provide feedback, coach, and manage time and attendance. + Team and performance management. + Provide reporting to claims and broking leaders. + Participate in problem-solving and improvement projects. + Identify and escalate operational risks. How this opportunity is different The Team Manager will oversee the Commercial Risk Claims teams in Krakow, ensuring efficient service delivery, managing change and transition, and leading people management efforts. Skills and experience that will lead to success + University degree or equivalent (specialization in accounting/economics/finance/administration preferred). + Minimum 2 years of experience in managing service delivery teams. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level). + Advanced Excel skills. + Ability to lead meetings and manage deadlines. + Ability to collaborate and share expertise. + Influence executive leaders and develop solutions to complex problems.
