Our aim is to guide brands to make better connections with consumers, create meaningful, integrated marketing solutions at scale, design the right end- to-end journeys – by keeping people at the centre of everything we do. **Overview** **Job Title: Chief Talent Officer, Publicis Groupe Greece** **Reports to: CEO, Publicis Groupe Greece** **Location: Athens,Greece** **Job Type: hybrid per policy** **ROLE PURPOSE** The CTO at Publicis Groupe Greece is responsible for overseeing the Talent Function in the market. They contribute their expertise to drive a transformational business strategy, positioning Publicis Groupe Greece as the undisputed market leader. Reporting directly to the Country CEO, the CTO will be at the forefront of setting the strategic direction, supporting the growth, compliance, transformation and success, and responsible for the overall talent quality and efficiency within the market. The CTO serves as a member of the country Management Board. The CTO is required to develop and execute the Power of One business plan’s Talent aspect, specifically in the areas of talent development, performance management, training, recruitment, succession, employer branding, HR operations, legal, compliance, employee relations, people issues, compensation & benefits. In addition, the CTO will be the key point of contact for the CEE Talent team, and a lead for global talent projects to be rolled out in Greece, such as HRIS (Career Settings), Betterworks, CSRR, and other talent management programs, systems, reporting and tracking talent metrics. The CTO should have gravitas and the ability to engage key stakeholders across the markets. A commercial approach and ambition for leveraging our Power of One business model is also pivotal to the role. **Responsibilities** + Understand the operation's critical business requirements from both talent and capability perspectives, and support addressing any gaps through employer branding, internal promotions, mobility, redeployment, reskilling, and talent acquisition. + Develop and implement a powerful Talent Plan that is consistent, cost-effective, and impactful, supporting business needs. + Act as a strategic partner to the Publicis Groupe Greece CEO, CFO, and Business Leads. + Lead projects that deliver growth and transformation across the market and enhance talent engagement. + Position Publicis Groupe Greece as an employer of choice in the market by fostering the right culture, promoting strong ethics and compliance, and ensuring fair opportunities for talent to learn and grow. + Reduce attrition through strong retention and engagement programs, and consistent career planning. + Cultivate the right culture, promoting positive behaviors and values within the agencies while eliminating behaviors that damage reputation and disengage talent. + Champion and grow a culture of learning and development to support the Groupe's transformation. + Develop and implement effective employee communication strategies that ensure transparent and clear communication for all employees. Ensure talent development plans are effectively communicated across operations and support the market’s strategic goals, while remaining flexible and adaptable to organizational changes and specific brand needs. + Implement global projects and programs effectively across the market. + Promote collaboration and talent sharing across brands and regions, supporting the Groupe's "Power of One" model. + Manage all HR operations and key legal issues, including contracts, employee relations, preparation of hire/replacement/raise requests, R Forms, and management of terminations and sensitive people issues, such as harassment cases. Ensure all HR policies and procedures are current, legally compliant, and appropriately documented. Maintain a process to keep all internal employee contracts, confidentiality agreements, and job descriptions up to date. + Address all HR issues, such as compliance, mobility, audit follow-ups, performance management processes, and reporting at the Groupe and Solution level, including CSRR. + Manage compensation and benefit processes, reports, analytics, and bonus processes. **Qualifications** + Able to work collaboratively with various organizational leaders to build consensus around talent activities. + Brings immediate credibility to the Talent Function through professional qualifications and leadership skills, demonstrating the highest levels of integrity and displaying superior interpersonal communication, presentation, and organizational skills. + Possesses at least 5-6 years of experience in an international, fast-paced environment in an HR/talent role, managing all people-related aspects of the business with limited direction. + Ambitious about being part of a fully integrated business model and eager to drive change. + Experienced in liaising with stakeholders ranging from VIP executives to junior staff. + Has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Greek. + Possesses strong financial acumen. + Experienced in Greece’s labor law. + Demonstrates a high level of work ethic, integrity, and confidentiality, maintaining total discretion. + Able to provide information in a highly professional manner, with great attention to detail. + Confident, yet operates without ego, always acting in the best interest of the business. + Solution-oriented and consistently positive. + Flexible and capable of processing briefs within very tight timeframes. + Performs well under pressure and stays focused. + Equipped with a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ) and sensitive to cultural diversity. + Persistent, patient, and hardworking. + Enjoyable to work with. **Additional information** **Staff benefits** ** ** We provide a diverse and comprehensive selection of benefits aimed at supporting your well-being, work-life balance, professional development, and overall job satisfaction.  _Publicis Groupe, certified in Greece as a Great Place to Work® for five consecutive years (2021-2025), is an equal opportunity employer, and we value diversity in all forms.
