Channel Strategist

**Summary:**
The Scaled Partnerships team is seeking a Channel Strategist to develop the strategy to acquire and activate priority Meta partners to increase overall engagement and consumption across the Meta platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partner acquisition strategy, including identifying and acquiring new cohorts of partners that do not yet have a Meta presence.
**Required Skills:**
Channel Strategist Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive partner acquisition strategy that aligns with Meta's priorities and objectives, based on data-driven insights
2. Partner Identification: Identify and prioritize cohorts of partners - including those that do not have a Meta presence - that align with company and product priorities along with ecosystem trends
3. Content Strategy: Work closely with key product stakeholders to understand content and broader ecosystem trends
4. translate insights into acquisition strategies.
5. Cross-Functional Partnership: Work cross-functionally with key internal executives across Product, Engineering, and Partnerships.
6. Data-driven decision making: Working closely with analysts to test hypotheses, assess opportunity areas and make decisions about what audiences and GTM tactics to prioritise
7. Budget Management: Manage acquisition budget, ensuring effective use of resources and ROI.
**Minimum Qualifications:**

8. 8+ years of work experience in strategy consulting, business development or at large content/developer platforms
9. Demonstrated communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
10. Proven track record of success in developing and executing partner acquisition strategies that drive growth
11. Experience demonstrating thoughtful risk-taking, challenging the status quo and driving innovation
12. Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing in a highly-matrixed company
13. Familiarity with CRM software and other scaled outreach / acquisition tools

**Public Compensation:**
$129,000/year to $187,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
