Job Description:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Hours 8:00am – 4:00pm· Customer service face to face contact providing tracking explanations to customers· Investigations daily to locate delivery information· Providing tracking explanation’s to internal enquires via email· Liaise with drivers and agent vendors for delivery information· Complete address change information for packages when required· Monitor cargo for timely tracking updates to prevent service failures· Other daily tasks as specified by Operations ManagementREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
· Customer service experience Customer Focus· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment Must be reliable & flexible to changes.· Excellent attention to detail· Capacity to repeat daily tasks with attention to detail everyday · Strong organizational and time management skills· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications· Ability to analyse information to see the whole picture.· Previous experience in an operational environment
